Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is only available to existing clients of BitPay Exchanges.
2. An existing BitPay Exchanges client who successfully refers a new client (referred client) to Global Prime will be credited with AUD $100 (or equivalent) to the client trading account.
3. To qualify as a successful client, the referred client must: a/ Open a BitPay Exchanges account in his/her name or jointly with another person that is not an existing or prior client to BitPay Exchanges. b/ Indicate who referred them by either i/ Refer a friend via the client portal https://secure.bitpayexchangses.com by entering a friend’s email address ii/ Alternatively, the existing client can email support@bitpayexchangses.com with the referred clients details c/The referred client fund their account with a minimum of AUD $200 (or equivalent) d/ Executes at least 5 standard lots on his/her BitPay Exchanges account. Does not include CFDs.
4. The referred client must not be: a/ a spouse of the existing client b/ an existing or prior client to BitPay Exchanges.
5. An existing BitPay Exchanges client can refer a maximum of 5 clients per a calendar year.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other BitPay Exchanges promotion (ie. Introducing Brokers).
7. An eligible BitPay Exchanges client can only claim this offer once regardless of how many accounts they may hold.
8. This promotion is not transferable to other account holders and is not redeemable for cash.
9. BitPay Exchanges reserves the right to change these promotional terms and conditions at its discretion and you will be notified in writing of any such change.
10. The referrer must not provide general financial advice when referring a person to Global Prime.
11. Please note that in referring a friend we do not encourage you to give financial advice. By referring a friend, we assume that you are referring a person who has made up their own mind to engage with a financial product or service.
